Parisian band Rock&Roll will star in Roberto Cavalli’s Spring 2008 menswear campaign, which will debut later this month.

The band is composed of five members: lead singer Gricha Berekachvili, bass player Luc Arnal, guitarist and second voice Matthias Cadéac d’Arbaud, Vincent-John Soimaud on the tambourine, and drummer Paul Louis Viguier. Cavalli said the quintet “embodies the aristocratic-chic Parisian style and the energy and force of rock music.” That’s the reason why he has linked the image of this band (named Rock&Roll Best New Band of 2006 by French rock magazine Inrockuptible) to his men’s collection.

The images were shot in Los Angeles by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

By invitation only, the exclusive private preview saw the presence of the members of the Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates.
