Boots have always been an instrument of seduction for women, but their history is connected with man’s wardrobe. Undoubtedly fringes are the strongest trend of the fall-winter 2008/09. They became very popular last summer and they will come back into fashion also next summer 2009, both on accessories and on clothes. Suggested by many designers, among the most successful items there are Gucci boots of sure, designed by Frida Giannini. They have a folk and rock style like all the new Gucci Babouska collection.

The possible styles are numerous, we can move freely from folk and gypsy to boho chic, certainly all in a seventies style interpretation. The suede boot:

It can be used to make soft and low items, or to make long and narrow high heeled boots, suede gives a sophisticated and refined touch wrapping around the leg like a smooth glove.

Provided with a double buckle on the calf, the peculiarity of this shoe is the pointy toe in contrast with the round shape dominating this winter’s fashion.
