Bon-ton with humour, the new Love Moschino Fall/Winter 09/10 collection take its inspiration from the Britannic severity with a more fun interpretation. The collection offer college-style blazers and jackets, sheath dresses and boyfriend pants designed with all the freshness and originality that have always featured the brand Moschino.  

The English mood reveal itself not only by the tailoring of clothes but specially by colour and finally declare itself with the flag. Tie is the most remarkable accessory of the collection worn almost everywhere and in the most unusual way. One example is the Love Moschino blazer with the tie instead of the belt.

In Occasion of Sky TV Awards, which awards the most creative programms on air on Sky, the host Giorgia Surina wore a long luminous light blue Moschino dress.

The journalist and host of sport programs Ilaria D’Amico instead decided to wear Roberto Cavalli.  A fabulous long red and black Spanish inspired dress.

Ruffles are absolutely the protagonist of this Moschino Cheap&Chic Fall/Winter 09/10 collection as they appear almost everywhere even on the most classic clothes. They are on sheathdress, on skirts and ¾ sleeve jackets.

The fashion show started with Carla Bruni singing Celentano’s “Via Guck” song. The leitmotiv of the new Moschino Cheap&chic collection is humor that is a characteristic of the brand itself. Main colours are fuchsia, yellow, golden, light brown, sometimes used in a monochrome version while others mixed up. The most remarkable details are the unbelted belt and the shoes, half sandal and half pump.

Pastel tones creating flowers, landscapes, lawns and shady sunsets, small animals too, from time to time, as fairy tales like characters of this explosion of colours.

The girl dressing Moschino Cheap&Chic is a young woman who takes care of her own style, and goes into summer with her rasta hats together with long and romantic dresses, confy blouses and small flowery dresses or Lolita style skirts, long or short trousers of smooth fabric.

Seductive as ever, jumpsuits are back this summer. They have been showing off all fashion parades for the spring summer 2008, everybody ‘s careful to the coming back of this confy suit which easily substitute the most classical suite. You can wear it with flat shoes or with high wheels, for a final effect of sophisticated and sparkling look.

Tiny and discreet or big like soap bubbles,  colourful and lively or tone upon tone, the pois are printed on the dresses, the pants, the summer skirts, they brighten up the jackets and they are put on tops and jerseys like drops of water.

The pois are exploding in the Spring/Summer collections together with another evergreen, the sripes. A familiar print, especially in the beautiful seasons when they are suggested in the classic black and white or navy style (for understanding: the style of the cruise ships with the typical blue and white, and sometimes also red, colours) ending in a range of multicolours.
